For those of you who are studying and spending a lot of time with your face in a book, do not neglect exercise. Believe it or not exercise increases the capability of your brain. It stimulates a process called neurogenesis, which is when your brain generates NEW neurons. Neurons are the little connection centers for your thoughts. The better the connections of your thoughts, the better your memory and problem solving ability will be. So no matter how old you are, you can actually build a better brain by exercising your body.
